Question 1

Who owns the code?

Accepted Answer

Under the contract, the code is yours. We hand over the source, repo access, and documentation on the terms we agree.

Question 2

What about timelines?

Accepted Answer

After discovery we commit to a date we can stand behind. We ship in iterations: a working version first, then polish.

Question 3

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Schedule and installments are negotiable. Typically: a deposit to start, the rest tied to milestones.

Question 4

What is included — and what about monthly maintenance?

Accepted Answer

The project fee covers design, build, testing, and handoff. Hosting and third-party fees are separate. Maintenance is optional.

Question 5

What happens after handoff?

Accepted Answer

The system stays with you, documented. If you want maintenance, we stay. If not, you continue with the access and docs.

Question 6

How do we start?

Accepted Answer

The brief form is four short steps. We reply within 8 business hours, align, then send a written proposal.

Question 7

Do you take on existing sites or systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We maintain, refresh, and extend what you have — not only build new.
